Information we collect

When you purchase a license, we collect your email address and payment reference through our payment processor (Paystack). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

When you activate a license, the desktop app sends your license key, a device identifier, and app version to our license API so we can bind one device per key and prevent abuse.

When you start a free trial, we record a device identifier to enforce one trial per machine.

We may collect standard web analytics and server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to secure and improve the website.

How we use information

We use your email to deliver license keys, download links, and purchase receipts.

We use device and license data to validate entitlements, prevent fraud, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data storage

License records are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). Payment processing is handled by Paystack under their privacy policy.

Installer files may be hosted on Vercel Blob. Download access is protected by purchase verification tokens.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@romeravision.com. We may retain records required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
