30-day guarantee

If Romera Vision is not right for your workflow, email support@romeravision.com within 30 days of purchase with your order email and Paystack reference. We will process eligible refunds promptly.

What happens after a refund

Refunded license keys are deactivated. You should uninstall the software if you no longer intend to use it.

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, repeated chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

If you cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is granted under this policy.
